Oyster Works currently has three commercial projects on the drawing board: - Charlestown Package Store - a timber frame wine and spirits store. We have received approval from the Charlestown Planning Commission and are under construction. Please see the Charlestown Package Store Blog for updates on the construction.
- Pat's Power Equipment - a new expanded showroom and renovations to the existing building. We have received Planning Commission approval and 3 variances from the Zoning Board. We are currently preparing the working drawings.
- Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit - a church annex. We made a very successful pre-application presentation to the Planning Commission.
These three projects are all in Charlestown, Rhode Island, in the Traditional Village District, and all require extensive site development. For more information see our Blog.
